Our form builder was already one of the parts our users liked playing with most due to its easy-to-use nature. And now, building forms just got easier. Our new form builder is intuitive and flexible, allowing you to create customized forms in even shorter time and more flexibility.
With an updated interface and enhanced options, you can effortlessly design forms to suit your specific requirements. Our new form builder ensures a smooth and efficient setup process whether you’re collecting customer feedback, bug reports or managing support requests.
2. Troubleshooting for the Service Desk
Due to some changes in Trello/Notion or your way of using the service desk, you may experience some issues with the service desk.
We’ve introduced a troubleshooting feature to help you identify issues and resolve them as soon as possible.
This new feature shows you the problem and guides you through potential solutions step by step. We aim to ensure your workflows remain uninterrupted with the help of this feature.
Troubleshooting center can be found either on the Hipporello button on your Trello board or on the left hand lower side of your admin panel.
3. Advanced Notification Settings
We’ve taken notification customization to the next level. Our notification settings used to be valid for all Notion databases/Trello boards connected to our service desk. Now it’s possible to configure notification preferences per Notion database/Trello board, instead of relying on a single global setting.
This means you can fine-tune how and where you receive updates based on the specific boards you’re using. Whether you want updates for all tickets or just the ones assigned to you, it’s all in your control.
You can find the notification settings either on the Hipporello button on your Trello board or on the left hand lower side of your admin panel.
4. New Form Inputs: Yes/No Input
We have simplified decision-making for your users with the new Yes/No input option in forms. This input type is perfect especially for straightforward questions. Although it was doable before the improvement as well, the new input field makes it now easier to add to your forms and to collect quick and clear responses from your end users.
5. New Form Input: Masked Input
This masked input allows you to define specific formats for data entry, such as phone numbers, credit card numbers, or custom patterns. It ensures accurate data collection while maintaining a professional and secure process.
The new input allows you to restrict the input to conform to a predetermined pattern, such as date, phone number, credit card number, and more.
6. Agent and Automation Bot Name Customization
With this new improvement, you can customize the agent name displayed on responses and tailor the automation bot name to match your branding preferences. This feature allows you to add a personal touch to your customer interactions.
It also gives you more flexibility over the language/wording used in different parts of your service desk.
7. Email Template Header Customization
We’ve added the ability to customize email headers in your email templates. This feature allows you to easily create email templates and personalize them based on the target recipients.
With the help of dynamic fields, you can fine-tune the way you want your templates to look. Go to Admin > Settings > Email servers and preferences to see and try the new customization options.
8. Advanced End-User Portal Enhancements
We’ve made improvements to the end-user portal to make it more functional. :
Request Listing: All requests are now listed in a user-friendly manner. This means users can easily view and manage their submitted requests in one place.
Enhanced Search Functionality: With the enhanced search functionality, it’s now easy to locate specific requests quickly.
Submitted Form Content Display: End users can now easily review the full content of their submitted forms. This ensures greater transparency and clarity in their interactions with your team.
