We’re excited to announce a series of updates and improvements to Hipporello's Service Desk for Notion and Trello. The improvements are about enhanced user interface and added functionalities. They will streamline your team's support processes and enhance the user experience. Here's a detailed look at what's new:

1. Portal Request List Improvement

The Portal Request List has become more powerful. You can now display a form summary directly on the portal page, making it easier for you to access key information at a glance. Additionally, we've introduced advanced search functionality to help you quickly find specific requests in a growing list.

These additions allow users to have an overview of the requests made, including their summaries, filter them based on a set criteria and search for a specific request.

2. Updated Form List Design

We've refreshed the look and feel of the forms list in the admin panel. This update both improves usability and provides a more visually appealing experience for Hipporello administrators managing forms.

The update also makes it easier to clearly view existing forms even if you have a big number of forms.

3. Profile Editing for Team Members and End Users

Both team members and end users now have more control over their profiles as they can easily update them.

Team members can edit their profiles directly from the Hipporello Admin, the user portal, or on the menu that opens when clicking the Hipporello button. End users can edit their profiles via the user portal, making personal information management more accessible.

4. Enhanced Contact Management: Export & Delete

Managing contacts is now more flexible with the ability to export contact lists and delete contacts easily with a click.

This enhancement ensures that you have full control over your contact data, whether for backup or database cleanup purposes.

5. Customizable Contact Profiles with Permissions

You can now customize what information is retained in contact profiles and define view and editing permissions for different fields on the contact profile page. This offers more granular control over contact data management.
